About The Book

On one moonlit night, a King resting in the royal forest lodge, peeps through his window by chance at around midnight to see a very graceful & stout white horse, standing far away in the wild near a brook, shining enchantingly under the moonlight. He gets irresistibly infatuated by its elegance. He develops an intense desire to possess it, as his personal royal mount, while leading the cavalry division of his forces. He orders his army to capture the horse, then tame and train it. But much to the utter dismay of the King, the soldiers failed in their mission, even though it was a team of the most experienced cavalry men. Finally it was his pet falcon that managed to fly and reached the White Horse and convinced it to leave the wild forest life and enjoy a royal life in the palace as King’s personal steed.

One day the king, entertained a complaint of the frightened flock of smaller animals of the forest led by a Giraffe, against a ferocious lion in the forest terrorizing and preying on them one by one every day. He decided to hunt the lion down and kill him. But the same ‘White Horse’ manages to make the King understand that hunting down a hapless animal living in the wild is an uncalled for inhuman venture , and the right way is to understand the psyche of the animal , reform them, and make them live in harmony with each other.
