Section A: Physical Books & Merchandise
1. Return Window We accept returns for physical items within 30 days of the delivery date. If 30 days have passed since your purchase arrived, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
2. Eligibility To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
Unused and in the same condition that you received it.
In the original packaging.
Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.
3. Shipping for Returns You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item, unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., wrong book sent, damaged in transit). Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Section B: Digital Products (E-books, PDFs)

2. Exceptions We may grant a refund for a digital product if:
The file is corrupted or does not work on your device, and our support team cannot fix the issue.
A duplicate purchase was made by accident. Please contact publish@anantapress.com within 7 days of purchase for digital issues.
Section C: Refunds Process
1. Inspection and Approval Once your physical return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you received a misprinted, damaged, or defective book, please email us immediately at publish@anantapress.comwith photos of the damage. We will send a replacement copy at no extra cost to you.
